Notes
This is a build oriented towards Sevarog Magic Damage there will be another one that is aimed at Kwang, Riktor and Steel. The focus on Dash Second is to be able to get from point A to point B faster as Map Presence and Disengagement on a Bruiser Sevarog is more important than using your root 1 more time during a fight.
Replaces Elafrost if there is a Khai or Grux.
Replaces Cuirass if Carry builds Storm Breaker and there is a lot of Magic Damage.
Replaces Elaforst and Cuirass if there are only Squishy targets.
