This is currently what you need to build in order to win matches in v1.10.1 please stop building traditional Carry and proceed to feed because the other carry can instantly wipe you in a matter of seconds, constantly keep pressure on you from a safe distance or just out farm you due to lane presence.(Adjust for Revenant)

Resolution: Mana Regen and Extends the duration of Corrode Items by 5s (Cannot Proc Infernum)
Deathstalker: Attack Speed and Flat Corrode.
Nightfall: Healing and more Flat Pen.
Demolisher: +30% Percentage Pen and it is the best Tank Breaker item.
Basilisk: +24% Percentage Corrode and +4% Percentage Damage based on missing health this is not very useful against tanks, but it does allow you to nearly instantly kill low health targets (Read 3500 HP)(Buy Third if you don't need the healing of Nightfall).

Notes:
[Murdock]
Use your passive to proc resolution and try to keep it on, as it allows you to do major damage if they decide to be aggressive. Plant mines near your tower and keep minions close, Murdock wins by controlling, not by out damaging the enemy.
[Sparrow]
There is not much that needs to be done with Sparrow as her Passive will be doing more damage due to all the corrode play similar to Murdock.
[Revenant]
For Revenant, you do want to get Ortus, Mindrazor/Breach, Resolution, Deathstalker, Basilisk/Viper, Demolisher
[Drongo]
Similar to Murdock but you might want to consider Infernum over Nightfall as he can benefit from the additional bleed item.
[Kira]
Same situation as Drongo although you don't need it.
[Twinblast]
Nothing to be said this build drastically favors TB as he has the most cheese potential of all heroes.
[Feng Mao]
This build works on Assassin's and can be used to exploit Feng Mao's ability to just get potshots in lane.
[Kallari]
It does work the same as Feng be annoying is all I can say.
