Predecessor Builds > Dekker > Dekker Support Build (0.17.3)
General Dekker build.
I am a newer player, yes, still climbing but I like to think that I know how to play Dekker/am beginning to really understand her play style as she has become my main. She is an amazing initiator/play maker that can really disrupt and lock down enemy targets paired with her passive and Galaxy greaves you become nigh impossible to lock down yourself.
Crest Item:
I always go guardian crest and grab either leafsong or rift walkers. Leafsong if we're snowballing, they have a ton of slows or if enemies keep escaping at 1hp. Riftwalkers is great for peeling and setting up for a big ultimate. Nothing more satisfying than pulling multiple enemies in close and landing a dead center ult on them. Sometimes I will go consort crest to pick up silentium if they have multiple enemies that can be silenced out of their ults like Gideon and countess.
First and Second Items:
Will always be either Time warp or Galaxy Greaves depending if you think you win lane easy or if you'll need a bit more armor. Tainted Scepter should also be built first or second if the enemy team calls for it like having a phase support, khaimera jungle, greystone, etc.
Third Item:
Will always be dynamo. You could build dynamo second if you built time warp first and you're snowballing but I generally play it 3rd.
Fourth Items:
Fourth and Fifth items are flex depending on what you and your team need. Vanguardian if they have a lot of cc and you also want more tankiness or unbroken will if you've already built a bit of armor to make use of the 30%+. Spellbreaker for the same reason, if you're being targeted by a lot of nasty cc abilities and want that boost in magic power.
Fifth Items:
If you've made it to your fifth item slot then it must be a very long game but as with the fourth slot this is flex and dependant upon team comps. Stonewall if they have physical damage and you're the initiator of the team. Flux Matrix if your team consist of a lot of magic damage and cc abilities. Astral catalyst is also a good choice if you want that extra power and ultimate cooldown but you usually want to go with a tankier option in fifth slot.
Skill Order:
Always max out Stasis Bomb first as it's your main CC abilities. Next ability to max depends on the enemy team comp; if they have a lot of heroes that can easily jump, teleport, etc out of the Containment Fence then max out Photon Disruptor second. If they have a lot of immobile targets that cannot escape the Containment Fence then build that second. Obviously take your ultimate level ups whenever you can.
