Hi I'am a Moba Veteran since 2010 and as ADC main my builds always works.
I've tested all possible builds out and think that this may be the best.
I've made 2nd alternative build called ANTI HEAL vs Players with sustain heal
--> Before you will use your last bullet on enemy use your Pacifier to put on
dmg multiply from Pacifier to enemies below 40%hp and boost your dmg from crit.
