Last item INFERNUM the "cinder" effect applies after a Q which counts as two stacks (damage from ability and damage from percentage damage) and a right click which is the third stack need to apply the effect.
Crests (initial, final and optional) - use WITCHSTALKER if they have heavy CC - normally go ORTUS
1st item - SOUL CHALICE- afterwards build VANQUISHER and then finish MINDRAZOR
3rd item - DEMOLISHER if enemy comp is really tanky OR you're not ahead or even / OMEN if you're snowballing
Situational item - replace INFERNUM with MESMER if you want more protection from CC - INFERNUM gives more damage
