You are the most durable Hero in the Game, buff your health with the Mantle, start out with a little bit of Damage and then go full Tanky mode.
Throw your stone in their faces. With this build you can eat a lot of punishment, use your strength, to keep your Team safe.
If you want to change something out, just take out the last 2 Items, you need the first 4 Items to survive the fray.
Besides that it is pointless to play Tank. The ADC will shred you really fast, if your team does not manage to kill fast.
