This build has high damage, lots of attack speed, and ability haste so you can use your abilities more often and burst players down!
Been playing around with a couple different cards and these seem to work very good for me in midlane and support!

This is an Anti-heal card use this against characters that heal! It reduces their healing by 40%! Khai, grux, Rampage, and others.
You can sub out some cards for these
These are good for magical pen!
