This build works well against all kinds of team comps.
Hitting your daggers is crucial, if you cant land them this hero isnt for you.
Try to take out lone targets on the map, in team fights try to flank the enemy team and engage after the fight started, make sure to not get hit by any stuns.
Generally you should try to weaken the enemy team before the teamfight happens.

Malady

Generating Malady stacks should be your priority throughout the entire game. If you can gain a stack, even if it doesn't lead to a kill and you are not fighting any objective, you should abandon whatever you are doing, even if that means to stop farming. The more strictly you follow this rule, the easier the late game will become for you.

Vanquisher

This item really helps secure kills under towers using daggers and Deathmark. If you see someone recalling behind a tower and you are close, cloak yourself, activate Deathmark, and throw your daggers at him.

Demolisher

Without this item, you wouldn't be able to fight tanks; it's essential. Only swap if there are no tanks or the tanks are no threat to you.

Envy

Envy provides us with a lot of extra burst damage, make sure to cancel your basic attacks with her Q trigger Envy's passive mid fight.
