This is a Build that I have been using the for the past Week And have found a lot of success with it, it gives you a lot of sustain with the Crest And using Your Ultimate along with the final 2 items Mutilator and Kingsbane because of the +10% to Omnivamp between the 2 items. and when all the items are built you become quite tanky and able to dish out a decent amount of damage.

Crest: SAPHIR'S MANTLE for the extra 20% Health is my main go to and I usually use it upon activating my Ultimate to become really tanky, however you can use it outside of your Ultimate is you find your self in a bind like trying to escape from an enemy at lower to low health if you think you can manage to survive while using it.

1st item I Build is OVERLORD For faster Jungle Clear Speed.

2nd Item is BONESAW for Extra Health, Damage and Attack Speed along with Dealing damage with BONESAW and how the Main Passive works with every 3rd consecutive basic attack (+3% of Maximum Health) as bonus Physical Damage on hit and slows the target or targets by 20% for 1s. The second passive "Flurry" with how it works with the main passive on BONESAW "Colossal Sunder" with dealing damage with Colossal Sunder Grants 6% Attack Speed for 5s, stacking up to 6 times so you could essentially get to a MAXIMUM of +36% additional attack speed from "Colossal Sunder" Being applied along with Flurry.

3rd Item is situational Depending on if the enemy team has any Heroes like COUNTESS, GRUX or CRUNCH if they have either one of those For COUNTESS I Would Build Tainted Bastion As it gives Magical Armor along with magical Anti Heal Against COUNTESS's Ultimate and also BLADE SIPHON Ability. If against Crunch Or Grux Go Tainted Guard for similar reasons as Grux and Crunch Heal through basic attacks but Physical based as to where COUNTESS is Magical Based, but if there are no Hero's like COUNTESS, GRUX or CRUNCH I would Build Raiment of Renewal.

4th Item MUTILATOR For Even More Damage, Ability Haste And most importantly +5% Omnivamp which heals you "MUTILATE" Main Passive Basic Attacks deal 1% of Enemy Hero's Maximum health as bonus Physical Damage. Applies twice on non DOT (Damage Over Time) abilities. "DEVOUR" is the second passive on MUTILATOR which when Damaging and enemy hero with an ability will steal 5% of their Maximum Health for 20s but take note that the 2nd Passive "DEVOUR" can only occur once per Target this second passive i believe is a nerfed version of what it used to be but the main passive still is very decent in my opinion And not to mention the +5% Omnivamp.

5th And final item is "KINGSBANE" for more Damage a decent amount of attack speed 20% to be exact and another +5% Omnivamp for a total of 10% Omnivamp Between Mutilator And Kingsbane.

I would like to mention that with just the first three items built and Crest obtained I can withstand the T1 tower for the full duration of my Ultimate and Crest and an enemy hero attacking me, as for the Inhibitors when I use my ULTIMATE and Crest when I have built Mutilator and Kingsbane Granted there is someone there that I can attack (most cases there are because at this point I am Max level and and it is endgame now) Because of the +10% Omnivamp I can stay for half of my Ultimate and Crest upon use. Anyways like a said this is a build I have been using for the past week and just wanted to share it incase anybody likes it.
