Megacosm
Caustica
Oblivion Crown

- Howi flex items:
Timewarp, Wraith Leggings, Spellbreaker
For the last item, choose either according to your needs
- Due to Howis huge hit box, he's a common target for hard CC in late game, that's why Spellbreaker helps him survive
- If no need, go Timewarp or Wraith Leggings as you wish
- If you don't need antiheal, you can swap Tainted Scepter for Oathkeeper

Build 2 is a high pressure build for early game, in case you want to bully scalers like Countess, Shinbi, Mori or ADCs
