this build allows you to have the mana for the wave if you want to use mana and have mana for the trades while assuring you are last hitting as many minions as possible with decent clear to keep up with twinblast, your missiles will hit very hard against squishy characters and tanks who arent building for you. You also want to make sure to isolate your marked target so all 10 hit them. Get vanquisher second if you are struggling to get a kill in the lane or just dont want painweaver. deathstalker is a good alternative as well for painweaver for the shred it brings alongside the passive it provides. Painweaver is the item i would flex out of the most if i feel i need to
