Wraith build isn't really negotiable, he has only 1 meta build
The only things you can choose are:

• Crest: Ortus (power stacking) vs Whitchstalker (cc immunity for survivability)
• Last item: Infernum most of the time vs Mesmer (against heavy cc comp)
• You might want to swap Demolisher for Perforator if enemy team has no tanks
