Hey yo it's my first guide ma Pew Pew'ers. Wraith as we know can hit pretty hard with his Peek & Knock (PK) combo. While he doesn't have the attack speed to fight in the heat for too long he hits super hard at a distance, with his Knock Knock's range about twice the range of his basic attack. So let's start with the items.

The first item is Soul Chalice because we want to slowly gather the mana stacks over time and complete it later on. There is no need to finish the Mindrazor as your first T3 item because the only additional effect you get is cleave, but you won't be shoving lanes so early in the game IMO. You do want the Chalice first because Wraith relies heavily on his abilities to deal damage, especially the PK combo.

I don't think there's a good enough reason to complete the Mindrazor over other items first because you're only getting an additional cleave. You won't be shoving lanes by the time you complete Mindrazor, and the Potent Font ability is still available on the Chalice. Which is why I chose to complete Malady as the first T3 item. Parting Gift can be in place for Mindrazor's Cleave while also providing that sweet Demise extra damage when hitting enemy heroes below 40% HP, and has a stacking ability that gets stronger the earlier you take advantage of it. With the Malady, you can still shove lanes when you want and also have a nice damage spike when trying to finish off enemies.

For the 2nd T3 item I chose Vanquisher instead of Mindrazor because there's still isn't a need for the Cleave. Vanquisher will continue to add to how devastating your finishing capabilities are during the early to mid-game phase where ganks and fights become more frequent. Once Vanquisher is done we can finally complete the third T3 item Mindrazor to really start pushing lanes and even invade and steal some jungle creeps. Now with Malady, you're a lean mean clearing machine with the ability to burst down softies.

The last 2 items will come down to how the game plays out. If the enemy has a lot of CC you can consider a Mesmer to have a get-out-of-free CC every 60 secs. I prefer Tainted Blade because of reduced healing which is strong against many characters like Narbsh, Countess, and the very strong Khaimera. If the enemy is playing a more assassin and bruiser team then I'd pick The Perforator instead of Demolisher.

Finally, I'm been thinking of trying out Pacifier over Ortus as the crest item because of the potential burst and chase capabilities.

Thank you for reading and hope this guide treats you well.
