Notes
Very fun attackspeed/on-hit hybrid build for Dekker. Works great on Midlane.
Start with Alchemical Rod (Mana, upgrade to Azure Core after your 3rd or 4th item), directly followed by Prophecy. From there you go Magnify -> Stormbreaker. Depending on how the games going/enemy team combination last item is flexibel, for full send go Sky Splitter. Other options are f.e. Oblivion Crown, Spellbreaker, Tainted Scepter
You could also experiment with Time Warp + Ashbringer after building Magnify, to annoy your enemys not only with stupid fast basic hits but also with ridiculous cooldown reduction on your basic abilities.
Not the wisest of all builds, but definitely a very fun one :)
