Built works best if your use to 2v1 to 3v1 fights. Hitting Your q is key has Howi doesn't have a lot of Cool Downs but makes it up in raw power (combustion+sespter activation). Remember to bob and weave abilities and don't be afraid to use E and R to escapes. it's better to have a 100 secs ult CD then a 100secs death timer!
Poke with Your Q and RMB once your ready boop players with E and Ult while in air activate crest (4secs) after your ult ends you will be teleported back to the sky. At this point you can use Q to hover to access your surroundings or keep bursting with Q, E and RMB.
RMB and E have a 1500 range use it to get last hits or kills when Q is down. especially when item prop ability hits ( Septer will retrigger after kills giving you true damage every single time).
As a Howi dont run from fights you have to be the BULLY or suffer being the victim of BULLING
