Predecessor Builds > Rampage > Bruiser Rampage w/Rapture

Prioritise clear for quick ganks.
Use Judgement as much as possible.

Always build overlord then rapture, tainted can be swapped with stonewall/warden/crystalline if few or no heroes rely on healing.
Last 3 can be swapped depending on opposition team comp and if you are ahead.
If you need some damage build tyranny earlier, armor build stonewall and lots of cc build unbroken will.
Can swap one of the later items with beserkers if ahead and going for lots of ganks.

Good mix of damage and tankiness, very good clear.
