Carry Build for Skylar.
In my main build, I would use Demolisher as the 4th item to counter tanks. Depending on the opposing team, I would play Tainted Rounds (anti-heal) to counter healers.
This build generally gives you an 80% crit chance. However, if you consider the passive effect of Plasma Blade, you get a total crit chance of 100%.
