Start Berserker for the really nice early game movement speed for quicker clear and ganks. After some initial haste, Aug next will get maximum use at it is proc'd more often. Tainted blade can be flexed for Mutilator where there isn't much enemy healing or against a heavy tank comp. Gaia for more mobility and absolution for a nice bit of end game ark speed and some tenacity. Last item is really personal preference, Salvation is a good alternative to Earthshaker for more health and a nice shield.
