Kings Bane/Terminus

They both give you great lifesteal & shields.
You can also buy Imperator as 4th item, remove Kingsbane & buy Painweaver as 5th item.
Terminus can be replaced with Tainted Rounds if you have trouble with healing characters but should be bought as 2. or 3. item.
