Pretty standard build. The core is the first 3 items, you might want to trade out spell breaker/entropy for either caustic and megacosm if they're tank heavy. If not go big damage. Crest is interchangeable, go stasis if they have a shinbi/fey. If you want to deal more damage, go with time flux. Spell breaker/entropy could also be traded out for dream binder and tainted sceptre if you need to stick more or have anti heal.
