Tips:
1) as a third item, if they have 2 or more heavy tanks, buy "Demolisher" before "Infernum".
2) Last item it's very situational, "Terminus" is a great dps and sustain item, if you need antiheal "Tainted Trident" it's a good burst option, "Tainted Rounds" prefered if you wanna reload your gun faster, "Equinox" good dps and survival item, give more reload speed in your gun too, "Draconum" good defensive and survival option (you can stack passive with 1 Q), "Basilisk" good dps option with some hp, (you can stack passive with 1 Q), "Augmentation" good dps and hp, the passive have true damage, ignore all armor!
3) Crest: Standard "Ortus", If enemy have heavy cc comp take "Witchstalker", if you prefere the ADC crest "Pacifer" its good anyway, to finish "Iskorn Talons" is pretty decent, probably because the crest its busted.
