Notes
Rev mid/offl/adc can be really stong but his lane clear sucks. Malady fixes the issue to a more managable clear rate and gives you pen. The build is set up to run in any lane but he is a matchup dependent character. I don't suggest running him if your oppent has alot of burts cc. If you do I'd opt to go Epoch if their team is ability burst damage. Epoch is really good against Gadget, Morgesh, Shinbi, Aurora.
In general I go Rogue Crest as he doesn't benifit like tradition adc's with attack speed, Rogue Crest is +3power and Witchstalker is +12power
Can sub Malady for Mesmer or Tainted Trident
Run Epoch against burst cc characters
