after the 3rd item or so, unless theyre full tank, the enemy will literally die before you can one clip them. plus, infernum guarantees that your last shot hits RIDICULOUSLY hard with the bonus DOT burn, anything besides tank jungle/offlane just falls apart.
remember to Q when you reload to max dmg output and your ult has a root function, so use ult right before your 4th shot to make sure you land it.
play extra conservative early to get your farm and scaling going. even if you dont win lane, just dont feed, you WILL outscale if you dont have 9 deaths at 10 min.
