First two cards always malady into envy until they remove the silence... most times you will go perforator third.. if they are very tanky sub perforator for demolisher. Mutilator feels much stronger than nightfall with her even though nightfall more or less made for her. Last two cards are typically dependent on comp, but why I like echelon cloak and tainted blade is that each provide an additional 8% damage boost, so 16% between the two. When the other team completely counterpicks her and youre facing say a riktor/ramp/crunch/steel its Malady Envy Demolisher Mutilator Imperator Infernum
