Notes
This is a pretty standard Rev build, his damage is by far the highest in the game using this build.
Focus all points into your E ability for max damage per target.
The first 5 items are purely to build your crit chance, I added Deathstalker on the end for extra damage by lowering their physical armor, also the 100% attack speed is a nice little bonus. But you could flex any of the items listed instead depending on how you feel.
