Argus but Wriath. The idea is to clear wave much quicker so you have the chance to gank a lot more. Wraith has camo and should take advantage of it. Envy plus the high physical power items like mindrazor in theory should alow you to take kills in the duo-lane quickly. The build also has a lot of phy pen with Ortus, Envy, Painweaver and perferator you should be able to gank off-lane reliably. Just a test build for now. Try to gank early as soon as you have Mindrazer and Envy online.
