This build should be a good tanky build that does well into most things

Go for the first two items, you can build the anti-heal part of tainted Guard / Bastion before Fist of Razuul to counter an aggressive Khaimera or Countess.
Switch up the last 4 Options depending on the matchup and who you aim to counter atm.
Good alternatives that you can switch in are:
