This experimental build leverages Rev's high magical scaling for his Q and E abilities.
After hitting level 6, look for opportunities to invade other lanes. Ping or message your team your plan, BEFORE YOU INVADE! NO ONE LIKES A SURPRISE HOUSEGUEST!!

This build is AWFUL against Tanks AND Brawlers, since you are still doing Physical damage. Let your Mages or Carries take care of them.
Use your Ultimate to KIDNAP squishier enemies like Carries, other Assassins, Non-Beefy Supports and Low-Speed Mages, and ASSASSINATE THEM before or early on in a Team Fight!
