Not that you'll ever get to experience Terra in today's current meta in ranked BUT, this build has worked wonders for me. You want to focus on leveling your Q first and 3 hitting the enemy laner with poke when you can. KEEP and eye on your stacks of 5 so you can stun them if they start to run, and try to stagger your abilities so that you always use an ability on the 5th hit, BUT feel free to catch them if they start to get away.
