Core items: Marshal, Dynamo, Wraith Leggings.
When buying Dynamo and Wraith Leggings the order just depends on your play style if you're good at hitting your stun pick Dynamo if you're still learning pick Wraith Leggings they are both good for early game poke damage.
I suggest buying Marshal first to get early mana regen so you can stay in lane longer and gain 15% attack speed for you and your nearby Allies.
Next is Dynamo so when you land your stuns you have a higher chance of securing the kill due to the 8% increased damage on immobilizing the enemy (Reminder when you use your stun the greater the distance between you and your target the longer they are immobilized ranging from 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2.0).
Lastly is Wraith Leggings and as I said previously this could be your second item if you're not great at hitting your stuns yet it's great for early game poke damage against enemy heroes below 40% health giving your abilities 12% bonus Magical Damage.
After you get your early game squared away then comes mid to late I chose Prophecy then World Breaker for their synergistic effects.
Prophecy gives your basic attacks 20(+20% of your total magic power) Magical Damage on-hit.
Then World Breaker for it's damage amplification so on dealing Magical Damage to a hero (landing your abilities and/or basic attacks) increases your Magical Damage dealt by 2% for 3s stacking up to 6 times capping at a 12% Magical Damage increase for 3s.
Last but not least is Timewarp simply for reducing your non-ultimate cool downs by 1s every 8s.
All in all this build will make it possible for you to hold your lane while your carry is away and for you to help secure kills early game feeding your carry if it helps give it a like.
