This build takes advantage of Argus' dread nova ability. You can use it to proc soulbinder to gain more magic power the more you use it to hit enemies that are a ways off. If you're in mid you should be able to hit an enemy that's under tower from the top of the stairs on your side, just dealing damage this way will give you extra magic power and deal 8% more damage.

I highly recommend taking at least the first three items everytime you use this build, but you can change out orb of enlightenment if you really need the extra slot. But ALWAYS take soulbinder and timewarp, those will help you kill enemies and minions significantly faster.

The flex options should be fairly self explanatory. I recommend not replacing oblivion crown as you last item, but that's a judgment call from game to game.
