Finish resolution later, you never ever want to delay the rest of your build. Plasma cutter actually has us hitting really hard right now but it's better left until you're looking to get into auto attack range, which isn't until we're strong. Build scales high due to malady+ortus, clears well due to malady, attacks very fast late game and abilities hit hard. Limited multikill potential outside of raw full build power. No room for antiheal unless you sacrifice a clear or mana sustain item.

Wraith takes a lot of practice to even break even with, but is very fulfilling to get right.
