Predecessor Builds > Wraith > My take on 18.3 Wraith

As usual build Chalice first, then go into Vanquisher and afterwards finish Resolution. Next is Demolisher, Nuclear Rounds, Lighting Hawk and lastly Imperator. Lighting Hawk is a flex spot, swap for Tainted Rounds if you need Anti-Heal or maybe even Equinox if the enemies have alot of burst. Also for the crest choose Withstalker against alot of CC though Ortus is better if you dominate the enemy providing good bonus damage. Hope this helps as I'm curious how the changes to Wraith will inflict his meta builds.
