Build Soul Chalice and Alchemical Rod before finishing Mindrazor and Azure Core.
Revenant has an uncommon feature: his abilities' physical damage scales with both physical and magical power. This lets Revenant build Mindrazor and Azure Core to get an absurd amount of power. Rounding out the build with some strong pen/burst items maximizes Revenant's burst potential against all targets. Please note the build path: build both Soul Chalice and Alchemical Rod before completing either Mindrazor or Azure Core. Starting the stacks ASAP mitigates the slower power curve of this build.
Skill order is simply maxing his ult, Q, and E. Only level his RMB if it's the only option; getting 5% additional crit multiplier is not worth the skill point.
