How to win:
1. Hit RMB on your opponent whenever its off Cooldown.
2. Wait till you get your Ultimate to burn his blink.
3. Ult him again once its off CD and kill.
4. Read step 1.
How to lose:
Get camped by their jungler and watch your duo lane still lose.

Last Item situational. Chose between: Axe for better rotations (only when YOU are ahead that game); Demon Edge for enemys with shields; Gaia Greaves for enemys with alot of stuns + you can run to objectives faster;
When against Sevarog/Crunch/Grux on your lane go like this first two items (Mutilator first):
When against a Countess on your lane go rush Tainted Blade first item!!!
Against ranged offlaners you just sit back until you can one shot them at lvl 6. Literally just run them down.
