Optionals explained:

• Sanctification if the enemy has a lot of CC and you can not play as aggressively as Rift Walkers would need you to
• Silentium is great if you play against Narbash, Gideon (interrupt their ults) or Countess to shut her down entirely after her jump-in
• Marshal is currently almost must-have when playing with Sparrow/Twinblast, get it first if you have a carry who is profiting from this item
• Vanguardian can be a good last item if the enemy team does not have any crucial long-range CC such as Argus' or Dekker's ball
