Goals

This build is meant to make Dekker an ability-spam queen while enabling her team to take advantage of her CC set-ups. First two items are non-negotiable. Third item is highly recommended, but can be changed. Last items are my faves, but can be swapped for situational items.


First Item

You can get either Timewarp or Marshal first, depends on preference. I always go Timewarp.

Both give you the same mana regen, but Timewarp gives more MP & ability haste, plus 1s off of all non-ult abilities. Marshal gives less MP & haste, but increases both your and your carry's damage and attack speed.


Second Item

Either Timewarp or Marshal, whichever you didn't get first.


Third Item

Hexbound Bracers is my go-to. You get a ton more mana, plus phys armor and ability haste. This helps you become Sir Spam-a-Lot on Dekker, esp when combined with the
Bracer's Meditation trait and the mana regen from the previous items.

Alt Third Item

Dynamo is a solid Dekker pick, but only if you're good at landing your abilities and your teammates can capitalize off of it.

However, I find with the above items enemies die from being stun-locked and caged without Dynamo's extra damage. It really depends on the skill of your team.


Last Items

Wellspring is nice just for that little boost of healing it gives when using abilities, plus more MP. You will not heal a ton with this item, FYI, but it gives just enough to help the squishies on your team (and yourself).

Vanguardian is another go-to. It gives you more sustain and your teammates more armor in teamfights. Like Wellspring it's not a ton of team sustain, but gives just enough for your teammamtes to outlast the enemy and kill whoever you CC.


Situational

  • Dynamo: See above reasoning. Extra damage is nice, but with competent teammates they should be able to burst down whoever you setup for them. Works best with the Sanctification crest imo.

  • Requiem: Always a favorite due to mana regen and extra teammate DMG + Lifesteal. Rarely go it just cuz it requires you to buy it early for the most value, and imo other items do more, better. Good for extra sustain builds (and if your team is popping off).

  • Tainted Scepter: Good against major healer supports like Narbash and Phase. Also good against certain junglers. If the enemy has a lot of sustain, go this 3rd or 4th.

  • Truesilver Bracelet: This one I don't recommend often, unless you have no idea what to go for your last item and are doing fantastic. Dekker gets her ult quickly, so extra CC immunity and a shield on a pretty short cooldown is very nice. This increases your bully potential, but other stuff on this list is probably better.

  • Astral Catalyst: Same reasoning as Truesilver above. Only useful if you and your team are popping off in the endgame.
