I know know this may seem troll, but Revenant's uniquely focused kit allows him to keep up with damage despite not getting any farm. With aggressive ganking and strategic bounty hunting you can earn gold faster than the main ADC.
Focus on using the 4th shot + Q to harass in lane. Your focus is to get your crest upgraded as fast as possible. After that, you can start roaming by setting up ganks and assisting the jungler.
I suggest getting Malady because the extra passive income allows you to focus on getting stacks.
You're very vulnerable in the early laning phase, so save your blink for escapes. It helps if the main ADC has good wave clear.
