Notes
Rush alchemical rod (tear of the goddess from league but with AP built in) from Azure Core (Archangels from league) to start stacking mana.
Build orb of growth (another stacking AP item)
Build Megacosm (Liandrys).
Finish Azure core (Archangels staff/Seraph's Embrace).
Build Oblivion Crown (Rabadons) 4th item for squishy comps or Caustica (void staff) for early Pen.
Build whichever you didn't build 4th last. If against a lot of tanks don't build Oblivion crown (rabadons) and focus on one of the other Pen items (see alternate items. Boots for flat pen or Combustion for extra burst.)
Skill order is subject to change based on lane opponent/game state.
- Max Ether Crystal for early wave clear if playing against someone who is constantly shoving waves. Or
- Max Dread Nova for more poke/early burst if against a melee opponent or someone who is constantly trying to exchange with you/Ignoring minions.
Alternative tank buster items (Replace Oblivion Crown)
If not worried about Epoch (Zhonyas) build this. Has shield and Magical Lifesteal (Spellvamp) active.
