Start breach, try to farm as much as you can to get the Cleave part at the very least. Only gank if another lane is being pushed hard until you get your ult. Save your blink for escape because, as we all know, Khai can only leap in. Last item is optional, if they are squishy go Dust Devil. If they are tanky Vanquisher. If they have a cracked Muriel then build Demon Edge. If they have a lot of CC and you cant close the gap without getting smashed on then build Salvation. You will not be as tanky as most builds are, but with your Q ability and high Crit you will shred most heros.
