Notes
The reason Assassin Serath is better than on-hit is really simple, it's faster and does more damage. Your goal in fights is to come in last, press E then RMB then Q. If that gets you a kill, you just throw an auto and Q again and it's GG for the enemy team. Infernum is a tech to replace Omen, Omen is still good but mana is a problem with this build and Infernum solves it. The rest of the flex items are good as 4th or 5th items.
