Thought process for time-flux was the ability that you can combo very well, ill say not easily but, with the ability to drop sevs bat every 40 ish seconds midgame, you can combo with time-flux for massive gains.

Lifebinder is a INSTA pick when going into mage sev. Not only does it provide ability haste based of your HP its also giving you LIFESTEAL. Huge W for sev trying to outlast a fight and get even more value out of his grasp.
