Predecessor Builds > Khaimera > Khai Won't Die

This is a bit of an experimental build based on the 0.7.2 balance patch that is built around a balance of power, lifesteal, and boosting his healing.
Terminus
This is a good starting item as it gives basically everything you could want from this build in the early game. you get a decent amount of power, a massive 12% lifesteal, shields from LS overflow, and you even get 25% xrit chance as an added bonus
Draconum
At this stage of the game, you want to start building up that healing potential. this has always been a good item on Khai due to how fast he attacks with his 'Q', granting quick and easy stacks. This will also boost your lifesteal
Void Helm
With the rework of Void Helm, it basically does what Rainment used to do (after it was reworked about 50 times). Rainment was a good strong item on Khai back then and it seems like Void Helm is even better. You can even get 3% of your max hp back when you successfully ult someone. Not much but its a welcome bonus
Kingsbane
This has been pretty good on Khai for a while. I do think it shines much better after you've build up some power, so it gets the 4th item in this build, especially since the healing buffs from the previous two items are so potent.
Mutilator
Finally, we finish off the build with Mutilator. Good anti-tank for the late game, topping off your LS at a nice comfy 30%, and you get decent power from it. After all the nerfs it's received, I think it's a bit of an over rated item, but its still good enough to land a spot in this build. You could opt for Vanquisher if you want to take 5% LS for a bit more power, double your crit chance, and help secure kills easier. I might play around with that myself, but it might end up going to personal preference.
Side note:
Yes I wait a bit longer to unlock his 'E' in favor of a stronger 'Q'. I find I often don't need his 'E' that early unless they have a stun-heavy team. Chances are I have only gotten a quick early game gank by the time I unlock it.
