Your fourth and fifth items are to counterbuild or take advantage of a lead. Sky splitter to leverage your frenzy, cuirass if they have an oppressive mage, resolution if you find you keep running out of mana because you're fighting in lane too long, demon edge if the enemy has a Muriel, Feng, Gadget or Shinbi or is using an item that grants a shield, more armor if one is running a pen build, etc.

4th is Augmentation, for "True Strike" (After using an ability, your next basic attack within 4s deals (+40% Total Physical Power) bonus true damage on-hit - 1.5s CD).

And the last one is Berserker's axe, for "Blitz" (Upon Dashing or Leaping with an ability, your next basic attack within 3s will deal 50 (+7% Bonus Health) bonus physical damage and Slow by 50% for 0.75s. Basic attacks reduce the cooldown of Blitz by 0.5s - 12s CD).
