It's no secret Steel is one of the best supports. His shield alone providing cover from ranged attacks is vital and his cc just can't be understated. The one thing he lacks, healing. Enter Wellspring. This mixed with the ability haste means that every time you slam into an enemy you're going to be gifting out a little bit of healing. With the ability haste on a couple of the items you'll be doing it a lot more. Along with that you have ways to give passive damage out, reflect damage, make the enemy stunned longer, and increase your stats the longer a fight goes on or the more enemies you face. Always be the first in a team fight and make the enemy regret trying to crumble your walls.
