Can't lose any 1v1s with this build. Now the last spot if they have a lot of healing on physical gos (ex. Khaimer) you can get tainted guard instead. And if they have magical healing (ex. Sev.) you can get tainted Bastion instead. With this build you can brawl a lot and remain healthy . Remember as long as you hitting sth you re healing and lifestealing from your passive.
