-Skill Order prio: RMB > Q > E (We start upgrading Q for lv1 lane phase, after that all points go to RMB)

-If you facing tanky offlane opponent you can build anti tank options as second item as Sky Splitter / Basilisk.
-If you facing tanky comp overall you can build Citadel instead of Draconum to counter them.
Otherwise if you're snowballed enough at this point you can go for Draconum.
