Last item super flexible. Focus on poking (mark and hive) a lil before bursting, use ult to kill if run away, avoiding chasing down enemies. Really focus on farming minions, pushing and letting the minions poke tower is super okay. Be ready to run, as your very squishy at low levels. Utilize river buffs to restore mana without backing.
