Predecessor Builds > Steel > No Nonsense Offlane

This is a build that takes advantage of Steels CC while adding health and armor. It's one of the few builds that don't use Fire blossom. You make up for the lack of health with Rainment of Renewal. I'm not going to lecture on swapping out cards, and I'm not going to insist on an order. I see too many Steel builds in offlane that try to treat him as a mage, and I want a build out there that focuses on his physical, cc, and non tanky approach.
