Build Soul Chalice (tier 2 item) from Resolution --> Infernum --> Finish Resolution --> Follow the build.
This build focuses on burst damage, allowing Twinblast's abilities to be used more often and melt tanks and pretty much anyone.
If the ennemie team does not really build physical armor, you can invert demo and tainted trident.
TB's combo : Vaporize -> Auto Attacks * 2 -> Vortex Grenade -> Auto Attacks * 2 -> Vortex Grenade.
Use TB's Ult (Ventilate) when the ennemie is out of your auto attacks' range, with vanquisher your Ult and Vortex Grenades secure kills really easily.
